  • No social media activity. If your website does not have any social media links, it could affect your ranking. A lack of social media is a sign that your website lacks credibility.
  • Poor load speed. Google as well as users expect your website to load quickly. If your website takes too long to load this can make your rank, on google go down.
  • Your site is still new. Google evaluated hundreds of different factors to determine rankings. Once of these is how established your site is.

The introduction of NCC 2019

The ABCB have recently released a preview, and finished information seminars for building surveyors relating to the introduction of NCC 2019. Three years have passed since the last edition of the BCA, which has brought some significant changes to the look and content of all volumes of the Building Code. Changes to how energy efficiency can be assessed and verification method for building in bushfire prone areas are two changes our building surveyors have commented will have an impact on your next project.
