The ABCB have recently released a preview, and finished information seminars for building surveyors relating to the introduction of NCC 2019. Three years have passed since the last edition of the BCA, which has brought some significant changes to the look and content of all volumes of the Building Code. Changes to how energy efficiency can be assessed and verification method for building in bushfire prone areas are two changes our building surveyors have commented will have an impact on your next project.
